With over a decade of experience in marketing, education, and military leadership, he brings a unique blend of strategic insight, academic expertise (certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt), and real-world experience to every client engagement. Tiffany Hoxie is the co-founder and vice president of operations at Ace’s Strategic Marketing LLC, where she brings over 18 years of experience in leadership, education, and organizational development. With a Master of Management and Organizational Leadership and a Connecticut Education Consultant license, Tiffany specializes in designing impactful programs that promote personal growth, professional development, and career advancement. Her background includes leadership roles in both nonprofit and higher education sectors, including her current position as Associate Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at the University of Connecticut. Tiffany is passionate about creating access, equity, and excellence in every aspect of education and business development.
