With a Master of Management, a Connecticut Educational Consulting license and Organizational Leadership, Tiffany specializes in designing impactful programs that promote personal growth, professional development, and career advancement. Her background includes leadership roles in both nonprofit and higher education sectors, including her current position as Associate Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at the University of Connecticut.
